Plot : S.I.S. – Arbitrary Justice accompanies an elite secret police infiltrating the worst neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Billy Beckett (Peter Stebbings) is a cop wrestling with personal problems and is recruited by the Special Investigations Division, along with a team of officers tough (Matt Nable, Omari Hardwick and Colleen Porch). As undercover agents of the law, the officers of SIS fight the very worst in the criminal underworld with no glory. His methods are dangerous to be investigated by internal affairs, and their lives are put at risk. Meanwhile, the shooters face a tough match: a famous assassin who walks practicing shooting in the streets of Los Angeles. As written and directed by John Herzfeld ( “15 Minutes” and “Risk Contract”), SIS – Arbitrary Justice tells the story of an unlikely group of heroes who will have to fight to show everyone – including themselves – how much they are worth.
