Blending pulsing synths with a simple beat, this song is reminiscent of something Passion Pit could have done, but without the sometimes high and grating vocals and the overly layered messiness inherent in some of their songs. It’s not overdone.
The bridge’s piano line is catchy and provides a bit of light relief from the repetitive but infectious synth lines.
It’s basically a great catchy pop song.
